Quick Steps to Register:
Select Your Option: Choose from the registration options that best applies to you or your family.
Add Linen Service: Select linen options if required for your accommodation.
Dietery Preference: Enter the number of vegetarian members in your group.
Special Request : Please provide details of any accessibility, accommodation or other special requirements. The organising team will consider all requests and make reasonable efforts to accommodate them; however, availability cannot be guaranteed.
Payment Options: Pay upfront via card, or select "Pay Later" to request an invoice with direct bank transfer instructions sent to your email.
Registration Options:
Full Boarding: Covers 2 nights & 3 days program including full meals and accommodation (linen excluded, Select Linen Service Separately).
Day Boarding (2 Days): Covers 2 nights & 3 days program including full meals, without accommodation.
Day Boarding (1 Day): Covers 1 day of program (Saturday) including full meals, without accommodation.
Note: Children under 5 years attend for free. Confirm Kids pricing applies to ages 5–15 years.
Your registration will be confirmed only after full payment has been received, in accordance with the payment instructions provided on your invoice.
Payment by instalments may be arranged. Please reach out via the contact details below to discuss and activate an instalment plan.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Before 1st February 2027: Full refund.
1st February 2027 – 15th February 2027: 20% non-refundable fee applies.
15th February 2027 – 28th February 2027: 40% non-refundable fee applies.
From 1st March 2027 onwards: Strictly Non-Refundable (due to venue and catering lock-in commitments)
Transferability:
Registrations may be transferred to another individual/family at least 7 days prior to the event. Please reach out via the contact details below to formalize
